"Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." — SK John F. Kennedy

Brothers, This year I’m going to try something way out of the box…. The District Master is looking for a District Pilot. The job description may seem a little daunting at first blush, but it will be a lot of fun and very rewarding for the right person. Were looking for someone to be:

1) Responsible for storing and maintaining the District Degree AV  (2 screens, 2 projectors, cables) equipment.

2) Responsible for storing, maintaining, and inventory of the District Degree Robes and paraphernalia.

3) Responsible for storing and maintaining the District flags and stands.

4) Coordinates with the Ceremonials Director for transporting these items to 4th Degree exemplifications and helps with set-up and take down.

5) of course, the dreaded other duties as assigned.

The District Warden will coordinate with the Ceremonials Director to ensure all Exemplification materials are at the Exemplification.

The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule, be centrally located, in reasonably good health and have a vehicle big enough to accommodate the transportation of the paraphernalia. The pay is the same as the State Deputy and District Master, however the perks are amazing, and we will take care of expenses.

Call the District Master if interested (803)-397-7803.

Item number two…… We are again going to attempt to make history in South Carolina. On May 4th, we will be hosting our first ever all Spanish exemplification: The degree will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church 2202 Riverbank Dr, Orangeburg, South Carolina 29118. Registration will begin at 8:00AM, Mass starts at 10:00 and the exemplification will follow. The banquet will be provided by the Hispanic Community of Orangeburg.

I heard a rumor about a pig roast with all the trimmings, the registration packet is out and should be on the website by now, see you there.

Vivat Jesus
