Our Lady Star of the Sea Council 7122 in North Myrtle Beach along with assistance from the Columbiettes, the parish family and other donors supported fellow Knight Father Cosmus in building a well for the village of Kambai, Kenya. Thier next project is to complete builing out the village school library by providing books relavant to the school syllabus.

Dear Friends of Kambai Village,
The attached video was produced by the Knights of Columbus over this past year. I believe that the video beautifully captures the essence of the Father Cosmus Water Project. The gratitude and thanks the people of Kambai have for the life changing gift of water. It could not have been done without your prayers and generosity. Five of us from the original committee visited the village this past February for the dedication and blessing of the project. The gratitude expressed on the faces of the 300 children at the Kambai Primary School was absolutely priceless.
The 2024 portion of the water project is concluding. Two additional water distribution points were added to provide easier access to water in the more remote areas of the village.
On behalf of Father Cosmus - Thank you for all that you have done to change lives and provide for a better future for so many children of Kambai
